This 2021 bay roan (almost blue) filly is the whole package — well-built, smart, flashy, and bred to the nine’s under the Rocking Heart Ranch’s foundational breeding program!

With names like Salanos Peppy San, Blue Valentine, Rowdy Blue Man, and Peppy San Badger in her pedigree, you know she’s going to excel in the cattle or ranch versatility world!

‘Pinot’ is currently AQHA pending as ‘RHR Best Blue Pinot’ and her sire/dam combination has encouraged a great mix of bone, size, athleticism, and demeanour, producing a filly that should mature to 15HH.

Not only that, but Pinot already had a foundational start to her education. She completed 30 days of groundwork under a trainer within the ‘Rocking Heart Ranch Weanling Challenge.’ Within the challenge, she was taught how to lead, tie, send, pick up her feet, accept de-wormer/things in her mouth, get flagged out, back up, cross obstacles, trailer load, maintain forward motion, etc. She was shown in an indoor arena (in front of an audience with loudspeakers) and handled it phenomenally.

This girl will make someone an exceptionally competitive mount, and with her wonderful foundation, it will be easy to get her there!
